18??? That’s mind blowing. I’m laboring under the delusion that my children won’t grow anymore. They’ll be under my feet forever and ever, amen. My sister-in-law said he was definitely big but he didn’t do any damage to her on the way out, so she didn’t mind at all. My kids have both been light weights (6 pounds 7 ounces and 6 pounds 1 ounce), and they tore me up! You’re a champ!!! Way to go!! I’m impressed. Thoroughly.

I love seeing big babies, they are actually so easy. My 2nd son weighed in at 10 lbs 9 oz, and that was after he peed for 30 seconds. The Doc said “Sign him up for Husker football now” He’s now 18 years old, 6 ft 2″, skinny as a string bean and going into the Marine Corps. My other two were both over 9 lbs, including my daughter.
